This is the official website of Archbishop Emmanuel Kataliko Foundation (FOMEKA), based in Democratic Republic of Congo. Its aim is to help to perpetuate his memory and at the same time to continue his works through the most modern media. The areas are those that were very dear to the late archbishop, such as: peace, justice, dialogue, human development and the church.
We are collecting data, photos and other material as well as donations and other forms of financial contribution in order to enlarge the site and to create a multimedia online archive on Archbishop Kataliko and the Kivu region starting from Butembo-Beni, his native diocese, and Bukavu.
The project - launched thanks to voluntary and no-profit work - may seem ambitious but achieveable also through your contribution with the patience and determination that were the charachteristics of the Archbishop.
